Business Planning

KRM assists both Government and commercial clients in the business planning process. KRM prepares formalized business plans that include all components of an enterprise and formalizes the mission and plan to accomplish the mission. KRM identifies current and required assets, stakeholders and primary markets, and develops a cost and timetable to accomplish the goals. KRM has worked with numerous Government program offices and commercial entities to accomplish the appropriate missions and goals and our formalized approach to business planning has proven effective for our clients.

Marketing Planning

KRM assists both Government and commercial clients in their market planning process. KRM develops formalized marketing plans looking at business potential or outreach potential for government clients. KRM then develops budgets and timelines for accomplishment of the market plan goals. These plans include appropriate marketing/outreach material, activities and other required resources. The formalized marketing plan can be included in the overall business plan of the organization or the projected financial forecast of the Government entity. The marketing plan will identify strengths of existing personnel and infrastructure and develop a gap analysis of required resources.

Project Planning

KRM provides support for both commercial and government clients in the project planning process. Specific projects required detailed definition of the required timetable, activities and resources required for accomplishing these activities. KRM has employed multiple automated and manual support tools for development of project plans and timelines. These plans are continually updated and available to entities to conduct longer term planning and forecasting. These plans have effectively been used by both government and commercial entities to substantiate budget and expenditure requests. Additionally, these project plans when employed on a technical software development activity have assured that the project remain on schedule and within budget.
