KRM has provided program and project management and support to government and commercial clients. KRM has been able to provide skilled individuals to accomplish a myriad of government and commercial entity goals. KRM has worked with our clients to develop the original plan and assure by consistent interface and reporting to the client that the program or project remains on track. KRM’s project management support begins by using an approach to develop the client’s specific project system requirements. Development of the client’s systems includes work sessions with key management to secure direction on the overall project scope, project objectives, and critical project milestones. KRM has the experience to provide the client with analysis of background, business needs to be satisfied, objectives, scope, milestones, constraints, and assumptions. KRM provides identification of risks at each phase of the project and can help determine the impact of key decisions to the project. Significant value is contributed to project performance by full integration of the KRM project manager and client management teams on direction and project decisions. KRM’s style places emphasis on the involvement and training of clients in all aspects of the project management cycle.

KRM has developed innovative programs to provide the required support for our clients including intern programs with the local university and partnering and teaming relationships with government, commercial, and educational entities. Through these innovative approaches KRM has been able to assure that our clients accomplish their goals more effectively and efficiently by leveraging off of lessons learned and experiences of other entities.

KRM has effectively managed software development and activities for our clients. We have developed applications for small organizations as well as applications for world-wide deployment within the Department of Defense.
