KRM Associates Inc. was awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) schedule in March of 2004, consisting of 30 different labor categories ready to meet a broad range of information technology needs.

| Security Training Specialist |
| Minimum/General Experience: |
| Five years experience, of which at least two years must be specialized in security. Other specialized experience may include: experience developing and providing ADP and end-user training on computer hardware and application software. General experience includes developing information systems, training, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing. |
| Functional Responsibility: |
| Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses. Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Prepares instructor manuals (course outline, background material, and training aids). Prepares student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars. |
| Minimum Education: |
| A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in any field. A Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or in Business will be considered equivalent to one year specialized experience and two years general experience. A Ph.D. (in the fields described in this paragraph) will be considered equivalent to two year specialized experience and three years general experience. |
