Description:
KRM Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting professional for our Corporate Headquarters, located in Shepherdstown, WV.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of Accounting experience
- Advanced cash accounting, reporting and management experience required
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities
- Fixed asset experience required
- Cash accounting, reporting and reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
- Knowledgeable with year end reports and tax filings preferable.
Duties:
- All A/P, A/R, Payroll and all administrative duties.
- Preparation of Client Billing
- Depreciation, book and tax, including autos
- Preparing and processing accurate journal entries and account reconciliations
- Generating ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
- Ability to work well under pressure, act independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- You will need excellent organizational and time management skills in order to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to manage data quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and procedures, and computer proficiency.
- Well developed financial and analytical skills
- Computer proficiency in Quick Books,Word, Excel and e-mail communications
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting relationships
- Effective communication and analytical skills
