KRM assists clients in the application of IT technologies and capabilities through strategic management, technology assessment, and project management, specializing in healthcare information technology, security and assessments, help-desk environments, risk analysis, technical system design and development, certification and accreditation support, and pilot project and technology development.

KRM perceives Information Technology (IT) as an integral part of the total enterprise solution and therefore believes that IT must be designed and constructed to assist and complement the comprehensive environment. As a result, KRM helps clients to visualize, implement and manage IT systems and resources by identifying immediate requirements, building on current strengths, establishing an effective and comprehensive plan, and developing strategic directions to attain long-term goals. KRM has been providing IT consulting services and solutions for the past fifteen years through the leadership of its Principals who have over forty-five years combined information technology and business experience, and accompanied by a staff of IT industry professionals. KRM’s knowledge-base, skill-set and longevity in the marketplace is supported by a diverse and comprehensive client base consisting of state and federal governments, large and small commercial businesses, healthcare organizations, and academia. Project experience includes specialization in healthcare information technology, security and assessments, help-desk environments, risk analysis, technical system design and development, certification and accreditation support, and pilot project and technology development.
